Clear River Partners, LLC connects investors seeking a healthy above
market return with sellers looking for a smooth sales transaction and an
answer to their property problems. By developing systems built to sustain
long-term growth, Clear River Partners, LLC creates and maintains the

After earning her MBA from Babson College, Kate Dobens worked for ten
years in a commercial lending environment managing her own portfolio and
originating and structuring large mergers and acquisitions transactions
that topped out in the billion dollar range. In 2000, Kate struck out
on her own, first as a member of a group that launched a de novo small
cap venture fund, Windspeed Ventures, and later founding a business that
negotiated discounts on medical claims, saving her clients over seven
figures annually. During this time she was managing her family's
portfolio of commercial property. Her experiences prompted her, with her
husband Charles, to start building their own portfolio, which today
stands at $10MM and continues to grow. Kate's strengths lie in due
diligence, deal structuring, finance, investor development, property
management and portfolio risk management.

A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Sheila Farragher-Gemma moved to the
states in 1989 to pursue a corporate position. Her entrepreneurial nature
soon took over and she founded and profitably sold several businesses
before settling into the world of real estate where she and her business
partner Jeremy Shapiro launched a multi-million dollar company helping
investors find out about and purchase niche properties in addition to
acquiring multi-family investment properties in North American and
European emerging markets. As one of the most recognized authorities on
the foreclosure market, Sheila has routinely counseled professionals on
the ins-and-outs of the foreclosure process and how to succeed in real
estate. Her role as an industry expert has been highlighted by her
appearances on CBS Nightly News, FOX 25, New England Cable News, WGBH TV
and WBUR radio. Sheila brings her years of marketing experience and her
established network of private investors to the team.

Entrepreneur, market expert, industry leader and investor, Jeremy B.
Shapiro has built 7 profitable businesses from scratch starting in 1996
and began his foray into real estate in 1999. Since then, he has
launched a multi-million dollar real estate company helping investors
find out about and purchase niche properties and, working with his
business partner, Sheila Farragher-Gemma, he has acquired over 654
cash-flow positive rental units in 4 states. Jeremy has been called upon
by the media for his expert advice on the housing market around the
country and has been featured on New England Cable News, National Public
Radio, the Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, NBC, PBS, and more.
Jeremy's focus is on building proven business systems, overseeing the
overall organization, helping to drive the direction of the company and
creating and deploying direct response marketing.

Investor and entrepreneur, Joseph A. Roche, started out in residential
and multi-family real estate investing, putting together numerous deals
for himself in his first few months investing including a number of
single family, condos and multi-family cash-flow positive rental
properties totaling over $2MM in acquisitions and has moved another $2MM
of property over the past year. He quickly moved up to apartment
buildings and has since purchased 66 units in Ohio, 44 units in Michigan,
and is in the process of acquiring 3 more multi-family assets around the
country. Joe has been featured on the Mortgage Talk Radio Show in
Providence, RI, Brazilian Talk Radio Show in Chelsea, MA and the Time to
Move Up Television Show in Quincy, MA is a published author on the topic
of acquiring private money, and speaks publicly on Taking Action In
Real Estate Investing, How to Find the Deal, Exit Strategies, Creative
Financing and Deal Making, and Private Money Lending. Joe utilizes his
process management experience in working with the local market teams of
brokers, property managers, contractors, and others to see that deals
close and assets operate successfully.

A graduate of Boston College and Massachusetts School of Law, Charles T.
Dobens, Esq. has over twenty years of experience in marketing, sales,
business management and ownership. In 1995, he followed the
entrepreneurial track and founded and successfully raised private capital
to start a $3MM benefits administration firm. The firm was a successful
enterprise allowing Charles to later sell it and turn his attention
towards his real passion, real estate. In 2006, he went into partnership
with his wife Kate acquiring larger multi-family properties. In their
first year, they successfully acquired and funded over $7.5MM in
multi-family assets which they continue to control today. Charles'
expertise is in business development, contract negotiation, legal,
compliance, investor relations, and business administration.
