Investment Criteria

When acquiring new properties, we look for 100+ units in the $8MM - $20MM price range, with a 15-20% Cash on Cash return, and a minimum Debt Service Coverage ratio of 1.4.

The properties we're most interested in are typically C- to B+ properties located in C- to A areas.

In terms of market, we focus on emerging markets around the country where there's strong potential for future economic growth.
