From time to time, we open up positions in the partnerships for the property we are buying. We find the property, and do all the work to put the deal together and take care of managing the property. You participate in potential monthly cash flow and profits on the resale.

Besides the potential profits, one of the big benefits of partnering with us is that you "earn while you learn" as we discuss the monthly profit-and-loss statements, management decisions, maintenance and repair decisions, and market cycle demographics.
